I have two computers, a Mac and a Windows PC, shall I buy two separate licenses?

No. You can buy a single license and you can install the plugin on both your computers, even Windows and Mac, as long as these computers are yours and you are their only user. What you CAN'T do is share your own license with other people. The license is personal and CAN'T be transferred.
