I have a new iPad, how do I reinstall / reactivate VB3-II?

If you have a new iPad and want to reinstall VB3-II, you must first activate iPadOS using the same Apple ID you used on your old iPad. An iPad app can be installed on up to six Apple devices, as long as they are all activated under the same Apple ID.

From this point on, there are two scenarios:

1) You purchased the app directly from the App Store (Unlock all Pro Features).

Simply go to the VB3-II store page and tap the RESTORE button.
If this option doesn't work, it's because you're not using the same Apple ID you used when you made the purchase.

2) You purchased a Desktop license on the GSi website and used it to activate the iPad version via the additional $0.99 IAP.

You must first RESTORE your purchase (as in the previous step).
Then, go to the VB3-II SETTINGS page, tap the log-in icon in the top right, and enter your 24-character license code in the PASSWORD field.
If this option doesn't work, these are possible causes:

  • You are not using the same Apple ID you used when you made the purchase.
  • You did not restore your IAPs.
  • You did not enter the license correctly
